Terms of use
Last revised 13 August 2026. These terms govern use of dataqueuegrid.digital and enrolment in Dataqueuegrid programmes. Related: privacy, cookies, refunds.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or accepting an invoice for a course, review, or retainer, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.
We may update these terms. The date above is the effective date of the published version. Continued use after a revision counts as acceptance of the new text. Material changes to paid programmes will be emailed to active students at the address on their invoice.
Who we are
Dataqueuegrid is a teaching studio operated from Lat Phrao, Bangkok, Thailand. Contact details appear on contact. This site describes programmes; it does not itself complete a sale. Fees listed on the pricing page are informational. A contract for a seat, review, or retainer exists only after we send a written confirmation or invoice and you accept it.
Programmes and site content
Courses, desk reviews, and journal articles are educational. They are not legal, financial, or engineering professional advice. Onboarding flow optimization and app analytics involve judgement; results in your product depend on your team, tools, and market. We do not guarantee a retention lift, a store ranking, or a specific experiment outcome.
You must provide accurate information when you enquire or enrol. You are responsible for keeping login details for any cohort workspace we issue, and for the conduct of anyone who shares a pair seat with you.
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the site design, journal text, worksheets, experiment-card templates, and teaching materials are owned by Dataqueuegrid or used under licence. You may not copy, resell, or publish them as your own course. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your organisation’s internal onboarding work during and after the programme. It does not grant a licence to teach our curriculum commercially or to upload full worksheets to a public repository.
Homework you submit remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to review it for teaching, to discuss it inside your cohort, and to keep an anonymised excerpt for instructor calibration. We will not publish your funnel screenshots with identifying product names without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades the service, no injecting malicious code, no impersonating the desk. Do not record live cohort sessions for public distribution. Do not use the contact form to send unlawful content. We may refuse or cancel a seat if a participant disrupts a cohort or shares another student’s homework outside the room.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Dataqueuegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or failed experiments arising from use of the site or from applying course ideas in your product. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that programme in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
The site is provided as available. We may suspend it for maintenance. Journal articles may become outdated as platforms change their analytics APIs; check the revision date.
Third parties
Links to analytics vendors, image hosts, or other sites are for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or terms. Tool licences are never included in our fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of this site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you enrol as a consumer under Thai law.
