Privacy notice

Last revised 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Dataqueuegrid handles personal data when you use dataqueuegrid.digital or enrol in a programme. Cookie details sit on cookies.

Data controller

Dataqueuegrid is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through enrolment. We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a student is in another jurisdiction, with any additional rules that lawfully apply to that relationship.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment and invoicing: billing name, organisation, address, tax identifiers you provide, and payment references from our bank. From live programmes: attendance, homework artefacts you submit, and optional call recordings if you ask us to record a desk session. From the site itself: essential technical logs (for example IP address, user agent, and requested path) needed to operate and secure the server, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them via the banner.

We do not require a date of birth, national ID number, or special-category data to browse the site. Do not put health, financial account numbers, or other people’s personal data in the contact form or in homework unless they are necessary and you have a right to share them.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply and to schedule calls. We use enrolment data to deliver the programme, issue invoices, and meet accounting duties in Thailand. We use homework to teach and to give written notes. We use essential logs to keep the site working and to investigate abuse. If you accept analytics cookies, we use aggregated page-read information to decide which journal pieces to revise — not to sell profiles.

Legal bases, depending on the activity, include your request to enter a contract (or steps before a contract), our legitimate interest in running a teaching studio and securing the site, legal obligations for tax records, and consent where the cookie banner or a recording request requires it. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last reply, unless a conversation turns into an enrolment. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period required by Thai accounting rules (typically five years from the relevant tax year, or longer if a dispute remains open). Cohort homework is kept for 18 months after the last session so instructors can calibrate, then deleted or anonymised. Essential server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle, usually within 90 days, unless needed for a security investigation. Analytics cookies follow the durations in the cookies table.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA conditions and any applicable exceptions, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

To exercise rights, email info@dataqueuegrid.digital with enough detail for us to find your records. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes PDPA requires. Rights are not absolute; for example we may retain invoices we are legally required to keep.

International transfers

Our primary desk and records sit in Thailand. Some subprocessors — for example email delivery, font loading, or image CDNs used to display this site — may process data on servers outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we take steps appropriate under PDPA, such as using providers with contractual safeguards and limiting the data they receive. Journal images are loaded from public image hosts; they do not receive your form submissions.

If you join a cohort from outside Thailand, your homework will be reviewed by instructors in Bangkok. By enrolling you understand that transfer is necessary to deliver the programme.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers who host email or invoicing, with professional advisers (accountant, counsel) when required, and with authorities if Thai law obliges us. Inside a cohort, other students will see first names and the homework you choose to present. Pair seats share artefacts with each other by design.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete the message.
