Refund policy

Last revised 13 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Dataqueuegrid programmes invoiced by the studio. This website does not take payments. Related: terms and fees.

Eligibility

Refunds are available to the organisation or individual named on the invoice. A colleague who sat a pair seat cannot request a refund independently of the invoiced party. Consumer protections under Thai law, where they apply, are not limited by this page.

Timeframe

For a Single Flow Review: request a full refund at least three Bangkok business days before the scheduled desk call, or within seven days of invoice payment if no call date was set. After the written brief has been delivered, the review is no longer refundable except as noted under exceptions.

For an Activation Lab Seat or other multi-week cohort: request a full refund up to seven days before the first live session, or within fourteen days of payment if the first session is more than seven days away — whichever is later. After the first live session begins, refunds are partial at most.

For a Lat Phrao Retainer: you may pause with thirty days’ written notice. Unused weeks in a started quarter do not automatically convert to cash. A refund of an unstarted quarter is available if notice arrives before that quarter begins.

Full or partial refund

Full refund means the programme fee you paid, excluding bank transfer charges your bank levied to send us the money. Partial refund for a cohort after week one and before the start of week three is 50% of the seat fee. After week three begins, no partial refund applies; you may transfer the remaining weeks to a named colleague in the same organisation once, if that person can join live sessions.

If we cancel a cohort for insufficient enrolment or instructor illness, you receive a full refund or a seat in the next cohort, at your choice.

Non-refundable items

Bank fees, VAT already remitted where refunding it would breach Thai tax procedure, travel you booked to visit the desk, and third-party tool licences you purchased are not refundable by us. Custom worksheets produced during a retainer week that already ran are not refundable.

Refund process

Email info@dataqueuegrid.digital with the invoice number, the programme name, and whether you want a refund or a transfer. We confirm eligibility in writing, then instruct our bank. Do not send payment-card numbers in email; we invoice by transfer.

Processing time

Once approved, we initiate the return within ten Bangkok business days. Arrival time depends on your bank, especially for international transfers. We will send the remittance reference when the transfer leaves.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the same bank account that paid the invoice, in Thai baht unless the original payment arrived in another currency and our bank can return in that currency without a second conversion. We do not refund in cash at the desk or via e-wallet unless that was the original method we formally accepted.

Cancellation

You may cancel an enrolment by the same email. Cancellation before the refund windows above is treated as a refund request. Cancellation after those windows is a withdrawal without refund unless an exception applies. We may cancel a seat for non-payment or for serious disruption of a cohort; in the latter case any refund is at our discretion and will be explained in writing.

Exceptions

If a desk error made the programme undeliverable (for example we lost your homework without a backup and cannot continue teaching), you may request a full refund regardless of week. If illness or a force-majeure event in Thailand prevents us from running live sessions for more than fourteen consecutive days, you may choose a full refund of unused weeks or a later cohort. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain available.
